The Carnival is a vibrant display of colour and music which brings the streets of East Ham alive. Not to be missed. This year's costumes will be themed around the seasons and will feature props from the Olympic opening and closing ceremonies.
Mayor's Newham Show
Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 July
Central Park, E6
The park will be packed full of free family fun including a real seaside, traditional village fete, live music and dance on the main stage, children and under 5's entertainment area, sports participation, cabaret entertainment and much more!
Under the Stars
Thursday 15 August to Sunday 18 August
Central Park, E6
Four nights of free live music concerts with something for everyone with entertainment ranging from eastern beats to a night of classical music and fireworks finale.
The Newham London Waterfront Festival
Saturday 21 September
Royal Victoria Dock
The event will include the opportunity to take to the water in a variety of boats, live music, nautical themed children's entertainment area and fantastic fireworks display over the Docks.
